Kelly Community Credit Union was a multi-phase project consisting of a renovation and addition to the existing building and a new administrative building. We worked closely with the CEO to evaluate the use of existing buildings and plan for future growth as the company continues to grow. The first phase was to relocate the call center and administrative offices into a larger space. This included a new administration building adjacent to the existing Credit Union. The second phase included renovation and addition to the lobby of the existing building. This included a new layout for the lobby and teller space, offices and a new conference room.
