The Phirst Building is the anchor of a 30-acre sustainable office park called Corporate Green, the building provides a collaborative work environment for a software design and engineering company. The eco-friendly building utilizes a 36,000-gallon cistern under the parking area to collect rainwater. Expansive, shaded windows offer a generous view to the park-like campus. A computerized monitoring system controls the amount of natural light entering the building while adjusting the heating and cooling accordingly. The engineering and testing labs are completely re-configurable allowing the space to change based on staff needs.
