Cardiovascular Associates of East Texas Clinic is an adaptive reuse/renovation of a former retail space.  A new facade was integrated with the existing building structure with new signage and wayfinding. Amenities include clinical exam rooms, treatment rooms, non-invasive imaging including nuclear and PET, Vein Center with outpatient procedure rooms, patient waiting rooms, multimedia board room, and education space and administrative suites.
